Welcome

I am so happy for you that you are here. You have been guided to the exact right place in divine timing. I started this journey myself in order to heal extensive trauma, become free of my past, grow into my potential, and shine my light on the world. We all have that in us, but often need help to remember and uncover who we are and who we desire to be.  We all are our own greatest guides and teachers, but often we simply need coaches and spiritual running buddies to gently show us the way. 

I started this journey gaining a Masters degree in Health Psychology. I also have an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a specialization in nutrition and fitness. I’ve worked in mental health research for the past 10 years and had my own research published in the Mental Health and Prevention in 2019. I am a certified Integrative Wellness and Life Coach and Practitioner. I offer a holistic integrative approach to coaching in which we transform our lives through balancing the physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional realms of who we are.   

I am Level 1 Reiki certified and believe energy work is a powerful addition to other healing and clearing techniques. All of the above has contributed greatly to my growth and progress, but in my eyes the real teacher has been my life experience.  Coming from a chaotic tough childhood, abuse and trauma, relationships that mirrored this, and divorce I can now say that I am a changed, always healing and growing person. I experience and create life now as I never knew I could.
